Costs and Payments
The cost of services is $175.00 per month for group lessons (60 minutes), $210.00 for private (45 min), and $150.00 for virtual (30 min). There is a $25.00 Registration Fee to be paid at registration. Payments are due on the first of each month. Payments can be transmitted through Cash App ($MEOWAcademy), Square Invoice, or check. This will draft payments automatically. All payments not received by this time shall incur a $10.00 late fee. If the 1st occurs on a weekend or holiday, it will be due the next business day.
MAKE UP LESSONS
Regardless of absences incurred during the month period, the student is required to pay the full balance to keep their regular schedule. If a child is absent for any reason, on any given day for which payment has been made, or has been agreed to pay, there will be no entitlement to a refund or a reduction for amounts due or paid. No credit will be given for any absences.
Make up lessons will only be allowed if the company reschedules sessions due to holidays, or emergency weather situations.
Students can make up lessons with excused absences, and if the session is scheduled within 30 days of absence.
INSTRUCTOR ABSENTEEISM
Teachers may have to cancel sessions due to illness or other unforeseen reasons. In this case, a make up session will be scheduled within 30 days.
HOLIDAYS
Lessons will not be held on National holidays. We bill for all calendar days pertaining to the day/time you hold. Inevitably, holidays will sometimes conflict, as the lessons are automatically billed for in our system, regardless of the date. In other words, you might actually be billed for, say, Christmas Day or Thanksgiving Day, however a make-‐up day will be scheduled within 30 days of the holiday.
WITHDRAWAL
In the case of withdrawal, parents must obtain and submit a withdrawal form one month in advanced. If one-‐month notice is not submitted, parent is responsible for submitting payment for the month.
